At Erika McCullough Literacy, your family's privacy matters to me. This policy describes what information I collect through this website and how I use and protect it.

INFORMATION I COLLECT

When you contact me, book a consultation, or complete the Student Intake Form, I may collect your name, email address, and phone number; your child's name, date of birth, and grade level; information about your child's reading, learning, and school experience that you choose to share, including school supports, evaluations, and diagnoses; and any documents you choose to upload, such as assessment reports.

If you purchase a resource from the Parent Resource Vault, Squarespace and its payment processors collect the information needed to complete your purchase. I do not see or store your full payment card details.

HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use the information you share to respond to your inquiries, prepare for consultations and sessions, provide literacy services, and communicate with you about scheduling and next steps.

HOW I PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

I keep the information you share confidential. I do not sell your personal information. I share it only when needed to provide services you have requested, or when required by law.

CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

Because my services support children, the intake form asks for information about your child. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. I use children's information only to prepare for and provide literacy services for your family.

COOKIES AND WEBSITE ANALYTICS

This website is hosted on Squarespace, which may use cookies and collect basic visit information, such as pages viewed, to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it.

YOUR CHOICES

You may ask me to update or delete the information you have shared by contacting me at hello@erikamcculloughliteracy.com. I will respond to your request as soon as I reasonably can.
