Your Questions, Answered
-
Every child begins with a discovery call and literacy screener assessment. Based on your child's reading profile, goals, and level of support needed, I'll recommend the plan that will provide the greatest opportunity for success.
-
Absolutely. As your child progresses, we can adjust the frequency of sessions to match their growth and ensure they continue receiving the appropriate level of support.
-
The recommended frequency depends on your child's individual needs. Some students make steady progress with one session each week, while others benefit from two or more sessions to accelerate growth and build consistency.
-
Because meaningful reading progress takes time, intervention plans are designed as ongoing support rather than one-time sessions. Consistent attendance and practice provide the strongest foundation for lasting growth.
Sessions are billed on a monthly basis.

-
No. While I can discuss characteristics associated with dyslexia and help you understand screening results, I do not provide medical or psychological diagnoses.
The literacy screener is not a formal diagnostic evaluation and cannot diagnose dyslexia or other learning disabilities. Instead, it provides valuable insight into your child's current reading skills, identifies potential areas of concern, and offers evidence-based recommendations for next steps, including whether a comprehensive evaluation may be appropriate.
